Mindfulness workshops for all ages — fostering calm, focus, and a balanced lifestyle through mindful living.

Sati Pasala is a learning programme that teaches children and adults how to integrate mindfulness into daily life. Mindfulness—known traditionally in Sri Lanka as “Sihiya”—is the practice of paying attention to the present moment with clarity and without judgment. It enhances focus, emotional well-being, and decision-making, making it valuable for students, parents, and professionals alike.

Guided by Venerable Uda Eriyagama Dhammajiva Thero, Sati Pasala is led by dedicated volunteers from diverse backgrounds. Open to all, regardless of race, religion, or status, it invites everyone to learn or support this life-changing practice for a more mindful generation.

We host monthly mindfulness days and an annual retreat for children, teaching simple practices to reduce stress, build resilience, improve focus, and nurture kindness, self-awareness, and inner peace for better mental well-being.
